Novel compounds being useful as a therapeutic and/or preventive agent for nausea, vomiting and/or constipation. There are provided compounds, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and hydrates thereof, the compounds represented by the formula: (I) wherein each of R¹ and R² independently is hydrogen, an optionally substituted lower alkyl, an optionally substituted lower alkenyl, an optionally substituted cycloalkyl, an optionally substituted aryl, etc.; R³ is hydrogen, hydroxyl, an optionally substituted lower alkyl, an optionally substituted lower alkenyl, an optionally substituted lower alkynyl, an optionally substituted lower alkoxy, etc.; R⁴ is hydrogen or a lower alkyl; and R⁵ is hydrogen, a lower alkyl, a cycloalkylated lower alkyl or lower alkenyl.
