<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control two or more devices in an interlocked way through a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: An interlocking control information management unit 87 stores interlocking control information made up of interlocking control conditions, where conditions for selecting an interlocking operation pattern defining procedure of each pattern name and transmitting control commands sequentially to two or more devices, and an interlocking operation pattern are described. In a control pattern analyzing unit 89, the interlocking control pattern is analyzed, and each control command for controlling operation of devices based on the analyzed result is generated sequentially and fed to a network interface 81 or to an infrared communication control unit 90.
