PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-strength non-fired agglomerated ore at a good efficiency. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a non-fired agglomerated ore includes extrusion-molding an agglomerated ore composition containing an iron oxide raw material, a hydraulic binder, clay, and water under reduced pressure, wherein the iron oxide raw material contains a fine powder-like iron oxide raw material having a grain size of 0.125 mm or smaller in an amount of 20 mass% or less based on the total weight of the iron oxide raw material.
