PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean a consolidated material to be oozed on an outer surface of a force-feeding device. SOLUTION: In the force-feeding device, a rotor 3 to be rotated around the vertical axis is held between a pair of supporting members 36, 37 which are vertically separated from each other; a plurality of distribution chambers which are circumferentially divided and vertically communicated with each other are formed around the axis of the rotor 3; a feed port of a consolidated material with its opening facing at least one of these distribution chamber is formed in a supporting member 36; a compressed air feed port with its opening facing another distribution chamber at the separate position from the feed port of the consolidated material is formed in the supporting member 36; and a discharge port of the consolidated material to be communicated with the compressed air feed port 36b via the distribution chamber is formed in a supporting member 37.
