PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an appropriate condition of attachment of a link cover for a wiper arm of a four-link type wiper even when the link cover is lifted in the direction apart from a vehicle. SOLUTION: The link cover 36 is connected to the wiper arm 24 by a tension coil spring 52. When a lump of snow growing at the time of snowfall uplifts the link cover 36 in the direction apart from the vehicle, the appropriate condition of attachment of the link cover 36 is maintained by the elongation of the tension coil spring 52.
