PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom in the seat arrangement for a vehicle seat by a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: Lower rails 20A and 20B in the longitudinal direction are extended on both of the right and left sides of a vehicle floor, and a seat 10 is movably arranged on the lower rails 20A and 20B in the longitudinal direction for this moving device for the vehicle seat. A connecting structure between the seat 10 and the lower rails 20A and 20B in the longitudinal direction is constituted of a slide-locking mechanism comprising the engagement between the lower rails 20A and 20B in the longitudinal direction which are provided on the vehicle floor and an upper rail 14 which is fixed and installed on the seat 10 side and is formed with a specified width in the longitudinal direction. A space between the lower rails 20A and 20B in the longitudinal direction includes a lower rail 30 in the vehicle width direction which makes the seat 10 movable between the lower rails 20A and 20B in the longitudinal direction, and in addition, rotary disks 41A and 41B which change the slide-moving direction of the seat 10.
