<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge ventilation device which allows a sunlight receiving surface of a solar battery module to be arranged thereon at an optimal angle with respect to the horizontal plane irrespective of the steepness of inclination of a roof. <P>SOLUTION: The ridge ventilation device is set on a ridge of the roof, and consists of a canopy portion covering an upper area of a ventilation opening of the ridge, support legs supporting the canopy portion over the roof, and a ventilation fan for carrying out forced ventilation of an attic via the ventilation opening. The canopy portion has the solar battery module for feeding electricity to the ventilation fan by photovoltaic power generation, and each support leg has an angle adjusting means for adjusting the sunlight receiving surface of the solar battery module at a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
