PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil, which can shorten the time required for its formation, without damaging it at its formation, its formation method, and a motor which is constituted by mounting this coil on a stator. SOLUTION: This coil comprises first resin-molded bodies 2, 2 where a plurality of lead wires 21 and 21 are united by resin and also inserted into slots 12 and 12, and second resin-molded bodies 3 and 3 which are molded into ring form in plane vision by uniting, with resin, a plurality of lead wires 3b and 3b which constitute coil ends, being connected with the ends of each lead wire 21 and 21 of the first resin-molded bodies 2 and 2, according to concentrated winding or distributed winding. The coil is made by connecting the ends of a plurality of lead wires 21 and 21 which constitute the first resin-molded bodies 2, 2 inserted into each slot 12, 12 with the ends 3b, 3b of the plurality of lead wires which constitute the second two resin-molded bodies 3 and 3 arranged at both ends of a stator 1.
