PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent low-power routing multiplexers that reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: A routing driver/multiplexer circuit according to the present invention comprises a multiplexer (310) and a buffer circuit (320) including first stage (330A, 330B) split into a first circuit (330A) and a second circuit (330B) so that both the circuits receive output signals from the multiplexer, and second stage (340A, 340B) each having first and second inputs for receiving output signals from the first and the second circuits.
