PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a deviation from an actual image-formation position due to an intervening optical member when flange back length from the mount surface of an imaging lens in an imaging device of the conventional digital camera to the light receiving surface of the imaging device is measured. SOLUTION: In this method for adjusting a digital camera and its adjusting device, a spacer amount to be an adjustment value in the imaging device of an object to be tested is calculated and obtained in comparison with a reference value by a master holder by using an optical depth indicator with respect to a base for mounting the imaging device and the spacer amount is adjusted to a flange back length LF regulated at the time of designing.
