PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein the miniaturization of a coil component has been difficult where a plurality of coils consisting of a plurality of wires are built-in. SOLUTION: A small and high performance coil component, having a plurality of built-in coils, is provided by forming a multiple coil (bifilar coil etc.), wherein a first wiring 104 and a second wiring 106 overlap each other in an insulating resin 102, in a multilayer form using a first via 110 and a second via 112, and further, by connecting a plurality of terminal electrodes 100, having a part thereof embedded in the insulating resin 102 to the first wiring 104 and the second wiring 106, inside the insulating resin 102.
