MASK FOR CONDUCTIVE BALL ARRANGEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely arrange conductive balls 13 in prescribed positions in an arrangement mask which has an opening part 11a corresponding to a prescribed arrangement pattern and loads the conductive balls 13 in the prescribed positions by putting the conductive balls 13 into the opening part 11a. SOLUTION: Projections 11c are integrally formed on a side confronted with a body 14 to be loaded in the arrangement mask. Thus, the arrangement mask and the body 14 to be loaded are easily positioned. Consequently, the conductive balls 13 are loaded on the prescribed positions and therefor defects can be reduced.
