PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cooler of an electronic heating element exhibiting superior cooling capacity and silence property. SOLUTION: An electronic heating element 1, such as a CPU is attached to the inside of a socket 10A. A heat sink 20 is provided directly on the surface of the electronic heating element 1 or on the surface of a lid 12 constituting the socket 10A, and a cooling pipe 23 is piped among a plurality of fins 21 constituting the heat sink 20. Since a radiator is arranged in the circulation path of the cooling pipe 23, the electronic heating element 1 can be cooled efficiently, by filling the circulation path with cooling liquid 35 and circulating. When it is combined with a conventional fan 39, high cooling capacity can be exhibited; and since the r. p. m. of the fan 39 need not be increased, a cooler of the electronic heating element 1 exhibiting superior silence can be attained.
