PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole detecting device for a fuel tank of which wiring structure is simplified. SOLUTION: The hole detecting device for the fuel tank is provided with a pump 158 connected with the fuel tank and generating a pressure difference, a motor 1158 as a rotating power source for driving the pump 158, and a selector valve 155 of which opening/closing operation is controlled by receiving power from the motor 1158 and which serves as a valve element positioned between the fuel tank and outside air. The motor 1158 changes over the selector valve 155 to drive the pump 158, so as to generate a pressure difference between inside and outside of the fuel tank. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
