SYSTEM FOR TIME SYNCHRONIZATION IN MEASURING VOIP USER ASSESSMENT OF VOICE QUALITY AND METHOD THEREOF

A time synchronization system for measuring quality which an Internet phone user feels and a method therefor are provided to accord clock characteristics of transceiving measurement data by removing a clock characteristic of a receiving-side measurement system included in receiving-side measurement data and a temporal error between measurement systems, thereby obtaining high-reliability quality measurement results. A transmission-side measurement system(10) collects transmission data packets from data which is sent from a transmission-side Internet phone. A receiving-side measurement system(20) collects data packets received to a receiving-side Internet phone from the transmission-side Internet phone. A quality measurement server(30) compensates a temporal error of a receiving-side which is generated between the systems(10,20), through receiving-side measurement data measured by using the data packets of the system(20) and transmission-side measurement data measured by using the data packets of the system(10), and accords a clock characteristic of the data that compensates a receiving-side's temporal error with a clock characteristic of a transmission-side to measure assessment of voice quality.
