<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to do exercise at home or the like without leaving and without a feeling of being isolated, thus enabling the user to retain high willingness for exercise and do exercise continuously. <P>SOLUTION: An exercise support system is provided with a plurality of user terminals UT1 to UTn, and a management device CS connectable to the user terminals UT1 to UTn through a communication network NW. The management device CS determines the attendance state of a user expected to do his exercise during a same time zone to prepare an attendance list, and transmits the prepared attendance list to the user terminals UT1 to UTn.
