<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent patient data being personal information stored in a storage medium from being leaked without taking time. <P>SOLUTION: When a command for batch erasing data stored in memories 4 to 7 is inputted from an operation part 1 (step S1), the data stored in the memories is batch erased (step S2).
