<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide beneficial service and information by supporting choice of service and information appropriate for a user through a natural conversation for the user. <P>SOLUTION: A character interface provision part 10 provides characters by using a character display part 11. A dialog input part 12 and a dialog output part 13 are provided as interfaces via characters, whereby a dialog with a user can be executed. A dialog inputted by the user is recognized by a dialog recognition part 20 and stored as user profile information in a user profile information storage part 31 of a user profile information management part 30. A dialog control part 40 receives the dialog recognition result and feedback of the user profile information, and generates dialog sentences based on a knowledge base of a dialog knowledge part 41 to output the dialog to the user via the dialog output part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
