<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit arbitrary natural light, along a trajectory of blackbody radiation, which makes balance control for each color intensity easy and has the advantage in respect of emission efficiency and mass production property. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with an LED chip 2 mounted with one light emitting diode element which can emit the light for example, blue and green two wavelength components, and a fluorescent material part comprising a fluorescent material 6 which can radiate red fluorescence by being excited by these two wavelength components. By synthesizing these two wavelength components and the fluorescence component, setting to an arbitrary color temperature is enabled on the trajectory of blackbody radiation. In this case, balance control for each color intensity is made easy, and advantage is provided in respect of emission efficiency and mass production property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
