PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transmitter synchronizing a frame clock with that of a receiver and transmitting content data, and the content receiver.

SOLUTION: The content transmitter 10 divides input content data CO into the prescribed number of blocks for each frame data FR, synchronizes the content data with a response packet ACK transmitted from the content receiver 20 and transmits the content data as a data packet DT for each block BK to the content receiver 20 through a network NW. The content receiver 20 reconstructs the data packet DT into a block BK, transmits a response packet ACK to the content transmitter 10 and reconstructs frame data FR from the block BK.
