PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a manager so that appropriation and homogenization of progress management of achievement against a target can be realized.

SOLUTION: A target value 101 is one set against for an affiliation section or an individual and set as a value which has divided an annual goal or quarter goal into a period of time (month) for management work. An achievements value 102 is set as a value indicating the achievements in a management cycle. A correction target value 103 is an index flexibly set by including a variety of situations when achieving the set target value 101. A prediction value 104 is set as a value which is predicted to reach finally in the management cycle. By setting the four indices (the target value 101, the achievements value 102, the correction target value 103, and the prediction value 104), management as target management is connected to daily management and the situations are grasped simply and objectively.
