<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device at a low cost capable of detecting the temperature of an inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter device comprises an inverter circuit 30 which is mounted on a printed circuit board (not shown in Figure) and has switching elements 31 to 36 to which power is supplied from a first DC power source 20, a current detecting resistor 44 which is connected between the negative pole of the first DC power source 20 and the negative pole side terminal of the inverter circuit 30, a current protecting circuit 40 which receives voltage of the current detecting resistor 44 and stops the operation of the invertor circuit 30, and a temperature detecting means 50 which detects the temperature of the invertor circuit 30. The temperature detecting means 50 has a thermistor 51 mounted on the printed circuit board with one terminal connected to the negative pole side terminal of the inverter circuit 30, wherein the heating of the switching elements 31 to 36 is transmitted to the thermistor 51 by heat transmission, allowing the temperature of the switching elements 31 to 36 to be accurately detected, dispensing with a connector for connecting to the thermistor 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
