PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network access control system which can be introduced with existing network equipment and operation systems without need of giving network addresses by a DHCP server or introducing an authentication switch with a VLAN function. SOLUTION: In the network access control system, a shared secret key common within a network is given to only secured PCs, and a temporary secret key common within the network is distributed to only PCs having the shared secret key, and a server terminal permits access to PCs successfully authenticated by the temporary secret key.
