PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible substrate capable of reducing a cost by reducing a material cost and manufacturing man-hours while keeping rigidity of a necessary part. SOLUTION: The flexible substrate 10 includes a base film 12 as shown in Fig. 2. The base film 12 is made of a polyimide film for example, a predetermined printed wire is applied, and various electric (electronic) components are also mounted on the surface. In addition, a pre-preg sheet 14 is integrally provided with the base film 12. The pre-preg sheet 14 is constituted by impregnating a texture of carbon fiber or glass fiber or fibers aligned in one direction with a resin material, and formed as a plate (sheet). The pre-preg sheet 14 is integrally provided on the rear of the base film 12 corresponding to a range of a component mounted region A via no other member (adhesive or the like for example).
