PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf drying device and a cleaning method of the shelf drying device capable of cleaning an inner face of a drying chamber and a surface of a shelf plate while keeping a sealed state. SOLUTION: This shelf drying device comprises the drying chamber having a sealed structure, the plurality of shelf plates vertically separately mounted in the drying chamber and comprising a heating/cooling means, a lower circulation opening formed at a lower portion of the drying chamber, and an upper circulation opening formed on an upper portion of the drying chamber.
