PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily bake a baked object having distinctive enamel coating similarly as that baked in a wood-fired kiln, in a short time. SOLUTION: This kiln for ceramic industry has a flame introducing opening 3 for introducing flame to the inside of the kiln 1 surrounded by refractory, a chimney 4 for exhausting emission from the kiln 1, and a baked object storage site 8 provided inside of the kiln 1 for placing the baked object 9 heated by the flame, and a charging opening 6 is formed on an outer wall of the kiln 1 for charging the auxiliary fuel. The baked object 9 is baked while charging the auxiliary fuel obtained by mixing coffee bean hulls and ash into the kiln 1 from the charging opening 6 in a state that the inside of kiln 1 is heated to a temperature for baking the baked object.
