The dispenser system comprises a housing (2) with dispenser opening (3) for the individual pads (1). The pads have a fluid-absorbent layer and a fluid-tight layer. The portable dispenser can be fixed to a wall and has a container unit for used pads. The container unit has an odour-proof closure. The pads can be connected to one another through perforation lines and are pressed down by a weight (4). The unused pads remaining in the dispenser are not contaminated by a user.
