<p>The exercise machine has a body (10) with several feet and a rear rack element (12) across the body close to one end. A seat (15) is attached to the upper section of the body close to the other end and a back support (20) is fitted between the seat and rear rack element to protrude up from the body. A lower end is pivotally connected to the fasteners (13) which are formed on the centre section of the body. Several elastic springs (24) are fitted between the lower end of the rear support and the rear stretch element. Two arm rest assemblies (30) are fitted at the sides of the body and each has a fixing rod (31) engaging with a front rack element (14).</p> |
