The method is applied for the preparation of the soya beans for the production of soya milk, cheese and other food products. By it, any unwanted flavouring and aroma of the turned out products and the urease activity in them is avoided. By the method, the products are washed and soaked in a solution of sodium bicarbonate at exactly specified temperature and time mode. |
