A transceiving apparatus in a mobile communication terminal is provided to more quickly receive multimedia broadcasting by enhancing down link or to improve a transfer rate or transmission amount by removing bottleneck caused by a terminal downlink rate so that a service or terminal user can quickly and conveniently receive the multimedia broadcasting at low cost. A transceiver(200) in a mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: a duplex(210) which respectively separates data, received through an antenna 1, from data transmitted to a base station; a transmitter which transmits the data to the base station through an input/output gate such as the duplex(210) and the antenna 1; the first receiver which receives data from the base station through the input/output gate such as the duplex(210) and the antenna 1; and the second receiver which receives data from the base station through the input/output gate such as an antenna 2 spaced from the antenna 1.
