<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rotating accuracy of a photoreceptor drum, to simplify the constitute and to reduce the device cost of a process unit insertable and detachable to and from the body of the device, such as an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The insertable and removable process unit is provided with the photoreceptor drum 3 and a gear 3a of the photoreceptor drum 3. A single reduction gear 9 integrally provided with an output side gear section 9b meshed with the gear 3a of the photoreceptor drum 3 and an input side gear part 9a meshed with the gear 8b of a motor output shaft 8a is arranged between the gear 3a of the photoreceptor drum 3 and the gear 8b of the motor output shaft 8a.
