<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proposal preparation system for preparing the optimal proposal to each of customers in the various categories of business. <P>SOLUTION: This proposal preparation system is provided with an equipment specification database 21 in which equipment specification data are stored so as to be classified for each of the categories of business and the purposes of use, a fixed form document/image database 22 in which fixed form document/image data are stored, a personal data input means 31 for inputting personal document/image data, a customer information input means 32 for inputting customer information, an equipment specification selection means 33 for selecting equipment specifications by referring to the equipment specification database 21 based on the customer information and a proposal preparing means 34 for acquiring fixed form document/image data based on the selected equipment specifications, and for preparing a proposal by using the personal document/image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
