PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it to have color fade-out prevention of printed pictures, such as a print art, and a poster, and, in addition, deodorization, disinfection, and fouling preventing functions. SOLUTION: A photocatalyst type titanium dioxide solution including an organic binder is adhered to an ink surface where printed pictures, such as the print art, and the poster are printed, and a coat is formed thereby.
