PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharge of cold water from a water intake by solving a problem that hot water filling a bathtub starts to cool down from a time when turning off a bath heater, the cooling-down of the bath heater generates an inverse convection to that in heating circulating between the bathtub and the bath heater to pass the cold water from the lower water intake into the bathtub and even during taking bath, the feet placed near the water intake may get cold. SOLUTION: A cover is attached to the lower water intake for preventing the inflow of cold water from the lower water intake to the bathtub. The cover is provided with a plurality of vanes opened/closed to the bath heater side using the convection generated by the temperature change of the bath heater to cut off the cold water flow flowing from the bath heater to the bathtub generated when the bath heater is cooled.
