PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer particle dispersion that is nonvolatile and has low viscosity and high conductivity and shows good compatibility with polymer particles and has excellent long-term stability. SOLUTION: The polymer particle dispersion comprises polymer particles and ionic fluid. The ionic fluid is represented by general formula (1) (wherein X is at least one of element selected from the group consisting of B, C, N, O, Al, Si, P, S, As and Se; A and B are identical or different, and each an organic connecting group; Q is an organic group; a is an integer of one or more; b, c, d and e are each an integer of more than zero).
