PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge capable of enhancing durability of a shutter member as compared with conventional one while achiving thinning. SOLUTION: Each of a pair of shutter members 6 has a bearing hole 51 through which a supporting shaft 33 of a disk tray 5 can be inserted and a ring-shaped projecting part 55 formed on a disk tray 5 side surface of the shutter member 6 on the periphery of the bearing hole 51 and projecting on the disk tray 5 side. A recessed part 37 which can house at least a part in the height direction of the ring-shaped projecting part 55 is formed on the surface opposed to the ring-shaped projecting part 55 of the disk tray 5.
