The invention relates to a method for regenerating molybdenum-containing fluidized bed oxide catalyst, deteriorated in the propylene ammoxidation process. According to the invention, the method consists in impregnating the deteriorated catalyst with a solution of a molybdenum compound and a solution of at least one compound containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of iron, chromium, lanthanum and cerium, which are prepared separately or with a previously prepared mixed solution of the above compounds, drying the resulting catalyst, heating the catalyst at a temperature ranging from 500 to 700A C. The composition of impregnation component elements in an atomic ratio is MO1AaBbCc, wherein A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of phosphorus, boron, tellurium, B is at least one element selected from the group consisting of iron, chromium zirconium, lanthanum and cerium, and C is at least one element selected from the group consisting of magnesium, manganese, nickel and cobalt, a=0...1, b=0.03...1 and c=0...1 and molybdenum to be impregnated is in an atomic ratio of 0.01...2 when molybdenum in the catalyst is assumed to be 10 in atomic ratio.
|
