<p>A method for HSDPA packet scheduling based on streaming control and with guaranteed bit rate includes the following steps: a) initializing the parameters; b) judging whether to perform a new scheduling, and if so, then proceed to step c), and if not, then the procedure is end; c) checking if there is a predetermined value for the guaranteed bit rate of the base station MAC layer, and if so, outputting the predetermined value; d) filtering the streaming control request information transmitted by the wireless network controller in the predetermined number of frames up to current frame, and outputting the filtered result; e) filtering the streaming control confirm information responded by the base station in the predetermined number of frames up to current frame, and outputting the filtered result; f) computing the queue priority for the user equipment. According to the method and the device, the scheduling of streaming media in HSDPA is realized, and the system performance is ensured, especially when the RNC/Node B doesn't support these optional parameters.</p> |
