PROCESS OF PRODUCING POLYPROPYLENE INTERLACE MULTI YARN AND THE PRODUCTS THEREBY

A method for manufacturing polypropylene interlaced yarns and a product manufactured by the same are provided to produce clothes capable of promptly discharging sweat and preventing water permeation by manufacturing polypropylene interlaced yarns having excellent form stability, and quick water-absorbent and dry properties. Polypropylene yarns(10) are converged by a guide(20) for forming a yarn aggregate(11). The yarn aggregate passes through a tensioner(21). Godet rollers(22,24) preheat the yarn aggregate. The yarn aggregate passes through a stuffing box crimper(26) having an optical sensor for forming a crimp. The yarn aggregate is interlaced by a jet box(27) and is wound through an over-feed roller(28).
