A wireless receiving apparatus is provided to minimize current consumption in a standby state that data is not received and determine an ID signal for driving a main transmitting unit through a saw correlator, thereby preventing malfunction due to an interference signal by maximizing interference evasion capability and consequently, more reducing the total consumption current by decreasing unnecessary current consumption. A wireless receiving apparatus comprises the followings: a signal detecting unit(31) which receives wireless signals of a specific frequency band and outputs the first wake-up signal when the wireless signals received in the specific frequency band are more than a reference level; and an ID(Identification) detecting unit(32) which is operated by the first wake-up signal of the signal detecting unit(31), and decodes the wireless signals of the specific frequency band through a saw correlator(58), and determines whether the decoded signals are an established specific ID signal or not, and outputs a second wake-up signal of driving a main transceiving unit if the decoded signals are the established specific ID signal. |
