<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell back sheet which is superior in various characteristics of environment resistance such as hydrolysis resistance and weather resistance, which are proof against severe natural environment for long time, heat resistance, high transparency, dampproofing, gas barrier property and physical strength, and which is inexpensively manufactured, and also to provide a solar cell module using the back sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The back sheet is used for a solar cell. In the solar cell back sheet, a polycarbonate film and a gas barrier transparent deposition film formed of inorganic oxide are laminated, and the gas barrier transparent deposition film is arranged on a solar cell element-side.
