<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage deliverables of paper base and deliverables of electronic data unitary to support thereby calculation of a grade and credit recognition. <P>SOLUTION: A storage 18 has a general file which stores electronic data about deliverables; a deliverables information file 36 in which each record contains subjects studied and student numbers which identify the deliverables, names of deliverables, and their marks obtained; and a corresponding table 38 in which each record contains subjects studied, names of deliverables, and storing locations of files in the storage. A grade rating support system 10 is equipped with a file generation processor 40 which decides storing locations of a series of files in the storage 18 and stores the series of files in the storing locations of the storage. The file generation processor 40 generates and stores in the storage, the records of the corresponding table which contain the subjects studied, the names of the deliverables, and the storing locations; and stores the names of the deliverables and the marks obtained in the records concerned in the deliverables information file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
