<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously receive a content acquisition request and its processing request from external equipment to acquire content which, a user wants to have, from an optional network connection destination and process it in an environment in which an image-processing device is connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: A copying machine 1001 can be connected to a prescribed connection destination via a LAN 1006, receives an electronic mail which includes network-access information for acquiring content from external equipment via a network and acquired-content processing information, analyzes the electronic mail thus received, acquires the content, and executes prescribed data processing to the acquired content based on the content processing information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
