PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking water supply machine that is compact as a whole, can be effectively used even in a narrow space, can extracts cold drinking water cooled to a proper temperature even right after the replacement of a drinking water bag, and can be manufactured at a low cost without making the machine configuration complex even if the machine is provided with an apparatus that prevents contamination such as bacteria. SOLUTION: The supply machine body 1 of the drinking water supply machine is roughly divided into an upper section in which an accommodating part 4 accommodating a box-like case 3 storing the drinking water bag 2 is extracted, and a lower section in which an extractor 5 for cold water W is extracted. The accommodating part 4 of the supply machine body 1 has a box shape so that the box-like case 3 can be put into or taken out of it. One of sides of the accommodating part 4 has an opening 10 provided with an opening/closing door 9 for putting the case 3 storing the drinking water bag 2 into the accommodating part 4 and for taking it therefrom. Drinking water pipe 7 such as a stainless pipe with a cooling or heating means 11 is meanderingly disposed so as to cover the other side (third side) of the box-like case 3 storing the drinking water bag 2.
