PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning control device performing suitable air-conditioning control even when a sunshine sensor is failed. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioning control device is provided with an indoor temperature sensor 2; an outdoor temperature sensor 3; the sunshine sensor 4; a sunshine sensor failure detection part 1A; a time zone detection part provided with a headlight switch 5 and a time zone determination part 1C; a weather detection part provided with a wiper switch 8 and a weather determination part 1D; and a memory part 1B for memorizing a usual time air-conditioning control constant set according to an indoor temperature, an outdoor temperature and sunshine intensity, an air-conditioning control constant by time zone set according to the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature and the time zone and an air-conditioning control constant by time zone and weather set according to the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature, the time zone and the weather. At usual time, control of the indoor temperature of the vehicle is performed based on the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature, the sunshine intensity and the usual time air-conditioning control constant. At failure of the sunshine intensity detection part 4, the control of the indoor temperature of the vehicle is performed based on the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature, the time zone and the air-conditioning control constant by time zone or based on the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature, the time zone, the weather and the air-conditioning control constant by time zone and weather.
