PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polystyrene-based heat shrinkable film by an in-line coating method, the film which is compossible of ink adhesion and solvent sealing characteristics while maintaining heat shrinkability, which prevents elongation after printing from reducing, and which is excellent in quality balance, and in adaptability for a printing process and a sleeve-making process. SOLUTION: The polystyrene heat shrinkable film comprises an easily adhering layer, the layer including 15-50 mass% of an aqueous acrylic resin A, 15-50 mass% of an aqueous polyester resin B, 5-50 mass% of an aqueous urethane resin C and 5-20 mass% of an aqueous epoxy resin D in a total mass of A to D constituents wherein a sum of constituent A and constituent B is 30-80 mass% and the shrinking rate when immersing the film in a hot water of 80°C for 10 seconds is 30% or greater.
