PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed laminated sheet for an interior finishing material, which satisfies conditions of rigidity, heat resistance, thermoformability and low linear expansibility, suitable for the interior finishing material, and which has proper workability and excellent sound absorbing performance. SOLUTION: This foamed laminated sheet for the interior finishing material satisfies the conditions of the rigidity, the heat resistance, the thermoformability and the low linear expansibility, suitable for the interior finishing material, by laminating unfoamed layers with a tensile elasticity gradient within the range of 100-500 MPa mm on both the sides of an open-cell foamed core layer of a polyolefine resin. The foamed laminated sheet with a small thickness and the excellent sound absorbing performance in a conversational frequency range can be obtained by developing a plate-membrane vibrating sound-absorbing mechanism through the use of the constitution of the two layers, that is, the flexible foamed core layer and the rigid unfoamed layer.
