PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid encapsulating bag which can push out a fluid without waste, and also, by which the pushing out can be performed without adhering the fluid to a finger or the like. SOLUTION: For the fluid encapsulating bag, a press-bond-sealing section 2 which press-bond-seals a sheet 16, a sheet 17 and a sheet 18, a press-bond-sealing section 4 which press-bond-seals the sheet 17 and the sheet 18, a space layer 11 for encapsulating the fluid in a space between a sheet 16 and the sheet 17, and a space layer 19 for encapsulating gas in a space between the sheet 17 and the sheet 18 are formed. An opening 3 which opens the space layer 11 only is formed. When the opening 3 is opened, the space layer 11 only is opened by the press-bond-sealing section 4, and a sealed state is maintained for the space layer 19. When pressure is applied to each space layer from the outside, and the gas pressure of the space layer 19 rises, the pressure is indirectly applied to the space layer 11, and thus, the fluid can be pushed out without waste.
