A displacement electrode cooperates with four switch electrodes on a substrate to form respective switches SW 1 to SW 4 . When all of the switches SW 1 to SW 4 are on, no X- and Y-axial outputs are activated and only a Z-axial output is activated. On the other hand, when at least one of the switches SW 1 to SW 4 is off, no Z-axial output is activated and only X- and Y-axial outputs are activated.
