The hand tool has a handle (11) with socket (111) at one end and a recess (1112) on the outside to hold a control element (13). The interchangeable head (12) has a push-in insert (121) to fit into the cavity (1111) of the socket. The insert has a locking element (14) which engages in a through hole (113) in the socket and can be pressed out from same by the control element so that the head can be changed. The locking element is formed by a spring (141) and ball (142).
